These Terms of Service govern use of Al Hamdu Lillah Poultry Traders / APDE digital services: live rates, bird marketplace, feed & medicine vendor catalog, poultry services directory, and related apps/APIs.
By using the Platform you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility & accountsاہلیت
You must have legal capacity, provide accurate registration information, and keep your login secure.
You are responsible for activity on your account unless unauthorized access is promptly reported.
3. Marketplace useمارکیٹ پلیس
Sellers, traders, and vendors must list truthful information, follow marketplace rules, and not engage in fraud.
Role-specific agreements also apply (Trader Agreement for bird sellers; Feed & Medicine Vendor Agreement for catalog vendors).
4. Acceptable useاستعمال
Do not abuse the Platform, scrape data unlawfully, attack systems, harass users, or post illegal content.
5. AI featuresاے آئی
If AI features are offered, recommendations are advisory. Humans remain responsible for decisions (AI recommends, human decides).
6. Liability & lawقانون
Services are provided as available. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by Pakistani law.
