Ye agreement broiler / layer / chick / egg listings wale sellers ke liye hai. Feed Mill / Medicine Company alag Vendor Agreement use karte hain.
1. Purposeمقصد
This Agreement is between Al Hamdu Lillah Poultry Traders (Marketplace) and you as a registered seller/trader listing live birds, chicks, or eggs.
It promotes fair, transparent, and compliant trading. You must also accept the Platform Terms of Service.
2. Eligibilityاہلیت
Provide accurate name, phone, email, and city. Complete any verification required. Maintain lawful business practices.
3. Listings & accuracyلسٹنگز
Listings must include truthful bird type, quantity, price, city, and contact details. Misrepresentation is prohibited.
- No fake, stolen, or misleading stock claims
- Mark sold / remove stale listings promptly
- Food safety and animal welfare laws apply where relevant
4. Marketplace conductرویہ
No price manipulation, fraudulent orders, harassment, or circumvention of Platform rules.
Buyer Call/WhatsApp deals are primarily between you and the buyer unless a future Platform settlement feature says otherwise.
5. Fees (MVP)فیس
Seller listing is free unless a new fee schedule is published with an updated agreement.
6. Law & acceptanceقانون
Governed by laws of Pakistan. Good-faith dispute resolution first; Multan forums as applicable.
Electronic signup acceptance is recorded on your seller account with a timestamp.
